Dr. Buettner is from Cullman, Alabama, and graduated from Cullman High School in 1979.
He attended Auburn University, and the University of Alabama for undergraduate studies.

enter the dental school with only three years of undergraduate work completed. His first
year of dental school completed his undergraduate degree in pre-dentistry and he graduated
with the academic honor cum laude. He has been practicing dentistry since 1986. Dr. Buettner
and his wife Kendall have two daughters, Dawson and Laurel.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Alabama Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry and is a strong supporter of PSIF (Public Service Insurance Fund). Betty Karle, Office Manager
Betty has been with Dr. Buettner for seven years as the Office Manager. She was born in
Charleston, West Virginia and attended high school and college there. Her husband Don is
a retired Air Force Officer and after having enjoyed the city while attending several Air
Force schools at Maxwell AFB, they decided when the time came they would retire in Montgomery.
Betty says it was actually the weather in the south that attracted them. "When you have lived
in the far north for years, with long months of well below freezing temperatures and deep snow,
you just look for a place where, when you show them a snow shovel and they don't know what it
is, you say Home At Last!"
As far as my work goes, I must honestly say I truly enjoy working at Montgomery Dentistry. Dr. Buettner and Dr. Anderson are both very hard working people and are dedicated to providing the best dental care possible to our patients. Betty and Don have two sons, Ryan and Reid and two Granddaughters, Taylor and Sofia.

Ithaca, New York and raised in Buffalo. Burrrrrr. "On the staff side, I enjoy working with
a group of people that have become my surrogate family. On the patient side I like being able
to help patients meet their dental needs and assist them through the insurance and financial
process, it lets me know I've made a difference in someone's life. Besides, I'd rather have
deep fried turkey (definitely a southern tradition) at Thanksgiving than four feet of snow in
Buffalo"

"I enjoy being a Dental Hygienist. To have the opportunity to make my patients feel good when they leave my chair with a fresh, clean smile seems like a small thing, but most people don't realize how important regular dental check-ups are to their over all health. I like being able to do my part to keep them healthy."

hygiene program at the University of Alabama, Birmingham in 2005. She completed the course and received
her RDH certification.
"Since I am a hygienist, to me there is nothing prettier than a smile with beautiful white, healthy teeth, and I notice everybody's smile. To be able to keep my patients smile bright and beautiful or restore it to that level, is what I do. It's why I went to hygiene school. It makes my day when I finish with a patient and they say "Thanks, my teeth feel great", or I catch them looking at their teeth in our big mirror on the way out."
Kaci and her husband Bryan have one son, Thomas.
Wanda Trussell, Hygienist/Assistant/Treatment Coordinator
Wanda was born in Montgomery, Al and raised in Tallassee and Notasulga, Al. She graduated from Notasulga
